We start with a lean pork tenderloin, stuff it with cream cheese, wrap it in bacon, then dust it with some Bellville Meat Market seasoning. PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: Our stuffed pork tenderloin can be prepared either by baking in the oven or on the grill. When baking, preheat the oven to 350 deg. F, place the tenderloin un covered in a medium sized pan. Bake until the internal temperature reaches 160 deg. F. On the grill, our tenderloins are best cooked with indirect heat at 325 deg. F. Grill until the internal temperature reaches 160 deg. F.
