At Bellville Meat Market we offer a wide range of processing options for beef, pork, goat and lamb. We are proud to be one of the few remaining custom exempt processing facilities around.

We understand the pride and care our custom processing customers take in raising and feeding their stock. So we take great care in ensuring that our customers animals are always processed separately from others and we GUARANTEE you will get YOUR meat back. To ensure the quality and freshness of each order, we vacuum package and label each cut at no extra charge. We do this because we feel that merely using a waxed butcher paper does not preserve the freshness that our customers deserve.

We provide custom processing services to individual customers as well as to all FFA and 4-H Livestock Shows in the Houston area and surrounding counties.
