Because of the perishable nature of our products, no returns will be accepted at the Bellville Meat Market. We take great care to ship frozen products that are properly packed. If an error is found to have been made on the part of Bellville Meat Market, please feel free to contact us to discuss the replacement of your damaged product.
The receipt of your goods from the carrier is totally the responsibility of the customer and proper planning should be done in order to ensure safe receipt of your products. Most orders are shipped using 1-2 day shipping through UPS, so please note your tracking and guaranteed delivery times. Packages should be refrigerated right away and products that will not be consumed within a few days should be frozen to maintain freshness.

Bellville Meat Market will ship goods using the carrier UPS. Because of the perishable nature of our products, 1-3 day shipping is mandatory. UPS Next Day Air®, UPS Next Day Air Saver®, UPS 2nd Day Air A.M.®, UPS 2nd Day Air®, UPS 3 Day Select®, and UPS® Ground, will all be shipping options to pick from. Depending on the location and transit times, some zones will be offered ground service because of the guaranteed delivery times by UPS. Other zones will NOT be offered ground shipping because of the time in transit and the perishable nature of the products.
UPS Next Day Air is available, however, we DO NOT guarantee an order to be shipped the same day that the order is placed. Please feel free to call the Meat Market to inquire about product availability and shipping speed. 979-865-5782, ask for Brit Horne.
Dry Ice and frozen gels packs will help ensure the safe handling of your products. The products may arrive unfrozen but cold to the touch. These products are safe to consume and should be immediately placed in a refrigerated space. Dry Ice may or may not be present in the shipping container because of the quick rate it evaporates. In order to safely handle any dry ice that has not evaporated by the time of delivery the customer should wear protective gloves because of the extreme cold. Dry Ice is not hazardous to food products and is commonly used to ship perishables.
PLEASE NOTE: NOT ALL PRODUCTS ARE READY TO EAT! SOME MAY NEED TO BE COOKED TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165 DEGREES FARINHEIT. PLEASE READ THE PACKAGES IN ORDER TO MAKE SURE IF COOKING IS NECESSARY OR NOT.
All Shipments will ship via UPS, a physical address must be provided. No shipping to P.O. Boxes will be possible. ONLY residential and business addresses will be acceptable. When shipping to a 3rd party, please let them know that the package is coming and when they can expect it so they can be prepared to receive the goods in proper condition. Lost or forgotten packages due to improper planning will be the responsibility of the customer and NOT the Bellville Meat Market.
Products will be shipped out Monday through Wednesday each week. Because of the fragile nature of the products, we must not run the risk of the packages sitting extra days over the weekend with the carrier. So if you order on a Thursday, your product will most likely be shipped on Monday.
We will try our hardest to fulfill orders in a timely basis, but some seasons are very busy. Certain orders may take an extra 5-7 days to fulfill if inventory has to be restocked. We will do our best to make customers aware of the delay.
We do ship to Military addresses, due to customs restrictions and the varying time of transit we can only ship the following products:
-Dry Sausage (all flavors)
-Dry Sticks (all flavors)
-Jerky (all flavors)
-3 Generations BBQ Sauce
We strive to get all orders out as quickly as possible. If you have a large gift box order, the sooner the order is placed, the better.
