• 7 days a week, 7am-10pm drop off, after hours arrangements can be made
• TO ENSURE THAT YOU RECEIVE THE HIGHEST QUALITY PROCESSING, ORDERS AT THE BELLVILLE MEAT MARKET ARE PROCESSED SEPARATELY, THEY ARE NEVER MIXED.
• Any combination of seasonings or any percentage of pork is possible.
• We accept wild game: field dressed, quartered or boneless.
• 25 LB MINIMUM ON ALL SAUSAGE BLENDS
• We can add beef fat to your hamburger or chili meat at no cost.
• We only use 72% lean pork, the same ingredients found in our award winning sausages
