Stuffed Jalapenos and Mushrooms
A Texas favorite to last for the ages just got better. The Stuffed jalapeno is a must have for any back yard BBQ, but the planning and preparation of these beauties is pain in the neck, so we decided to ease your pain by preparing them for you. Ready to go on the grill, we start with fresh Jalapenos, split and pit, add some cream cheese, cheddar cheese, some of our Bellville Meat Market spices, all wrapped in bacon. Available in original, Cheddar Cheese, and Sweet Chipotle.
Not from Texas? Or do no not like the warm flavor of Jalapenos? Not to worry, we also make Stuffed Mushrooms! We take Baby Bellas and stuff’em with all of our cream cheese goodness all wrapped up in bacon. Did I mention the both the Stuffed Jalapenos and the Stuffed Mushrooms can be baked in the oven also?
Original Stuffed Jalapeno
Our ORIGINAL stuffed jalapeño peppers are made with fresh pitted jalapeño peppers stuffed with plain cream cheese and wrapped in thinly sliced hickory smoked bacon.
Cheddar Stuffed Jalapeno
Just as flavorful as the original stuffed jalapeño but with a little extra goodness. Our CHEDDAR stuffed jalapeños are made with fresh pitted jalapeños, stuffed with plain cream cheese and layered with cheddar cheese, then wrapped in thinly sliced hickory smoked bacon.
Sweet Chipotle Stuffed Jalapeno
“Where ever two or more are gathered, thou shalt serve SWEET CHIPOTLE STUFFED JALAPENOS”. These things are down right impressive! Made with fresh pitted jalapeños and stuffed with our signature sweet chipotle ancho sauce cream cheese then wrapped in thinly sliced hickory smoked bacon.
Created for the more sensitive pallet but none the less flavorful, our STUFFED mushrooms are made with “baby bella” mushrooms, our signature sweet chipotle ancho sauce infused cream cheese, and thinly sliced hickory smoked bacon.
STUFFED JALAPENO AND MUSHROOM PREPARATION:
Our stuffed jalapeños and mushrooms are best prepared on the grill. Simply place them on the grill away from the heat source at a medium temperature of 225-250 deg. F. When the internal temperature reaches 160 deg. F. they are ready to go. Additional cooking is fine if a crispier bacon texture is desired.
