STORAGE TIPS:
Summer Sausage looses its freshness quickly once sliced, so it’s best to keep it for only three to five days. To prevent spoilage, store in resealable plastic bags or airtight plastic container and keep in the refrigerator towards the back, where it’s usually coldest.
